Warranty

We offer a warranty on our labor and materials. This warranty is valid for as long as you own or lease the vehicle, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage from vandalism, accidents, or natural disasters.

Liability

Mobile Auto Glass LA is not responsible for any damage related to pre-existing conditions of the vehicle, including, but not limited to, rust or structural defects. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement services we perform.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are required to remove personal items from the vehicle prior to service. Mobile Auto Glass LA will not be liable for the loss or damage of personal items left in the vehicle.

Insurance Claims

While we help with processing insurance claims, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their insurance policy covers our services. We will provide the necessary documentation for insurance purposes upon request.

Safety

We recommend waiting at least one hour before driving the vehicle after service to allow the adhesives and materials to be set properly. For the safety and durability of the repair or replacement, please follow the instructions provided by our technician.
